How do I make a reservation and pay?

How long can I stay?

Reservations are available on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Maximum stay is 90 days (3 months). Extensions must be requested at least 7 days before your current stay ends and are subject to availability.

What are the RV site guidelines?

Each site accommodates one RV and one vehicle only. Visitors are not permitted. Parking on grass, vacant sites, or unauthorized areas is prohibited.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed in the RV Park area only. Pets must not be left tied outside when unattended. Guests are required to clean up after their pets. A designated pet area is located near the dumpster after Spot #20. Pets are not allowed on the Motel property.

What are the quiet hours?

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Loud activities are not allowed during this time.

Can I smoke or drink on-site?

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Alcohol and smoking are prohibited in common areas.

When can I check-in and check-out?

Check-in: 12:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM. Late departures without prior approval may result in towing at the guest’s expense.

Who is responsible for property damage or emergencies?

Guests are responsible for any damage to RV Park property (e.g., $500 for light poles or electrical panels; $1,500 for other property damage). Management is not responsible for fire, theft, accidents, or weather-related losses. Guests are encouraged to have personal and vehicle insurance. For emergencies, call +1 (504) 245-4444.

How is management involved?

Management may conduct inspections for maintenance or landscaping. Policies may be updated, and management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay to protect guests and property.
